DURING TAXI, R HYD SYSTEM QUANITY LOW.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO BLOCKS. (BTB).  MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED HYDRAULIC FUSE ON RH ANTISKID MODULE OUT "D" POSITION.  OPERATIONAL AND LEAK CHECK GOOD.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
