## Discrepancy

DURING CREW PRE-FLIGHT CHECK, INERTIAL REEL FELL OUT OF HOLDER AS I WAS CHECKING IT.  REMOVED AND REPLACED #4 INERTIAL REEL IAW B767 AMM 25-61-03.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
