## Discrepancy

DURIING TAXI OUT, TE FLAP DISAGREE CAUTION AND TRAILING EDGE LIGHT UPON SELECTION OF FLAPS 5 FOR TAKEOFF.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO BLOCKS. (BTB).  TROUBLESHOOT TO MANUAL OVERRIDE BYPASS VALVE STUCK OPEN. CLEANED THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR AND CYCLED LEVER MULTIPLE TIMES. OPS CK GOOD IAW FIM 27-51 F/T 810.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
