LEFT FWD ENTRY DOOR EICAS MSG AT 4,000 FEET. T/S PER W.D. 52-71-11 FOUND S195 L FWD ENTRY DOOR LOCKED FACE CRACKED.  R & R SAME IAW W.D.52-71-11 OPS CK RIGGING CK GOOD. CHECKED INDUCTANCE AND RESISTANCE OF S195 AND S194 NO DEFECT FOUND. A/C OK FOR SERVICE.
