DURING TAXI OUT, AFTER ENG START L AOA PROBE EICAS MSG.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO BLOCKS (BTB).  MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED K400 RELAY AND CHECKED WIRES ON RELAY IAW WDM 30-32-11 AND PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK OF N2 SPEED CARD IAW AMM 30-32-00 AND FIM 30-32 FT 804 OPS GOOD, A/C REMAINS NO ETOPS
