AFTER BLOCK OUT, A "RUDDER RATIO" EICAS MSG AND DISCREET LIGHT ILLUMINATED.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO BLOCKS (BTB).  PERFORMED FIM 27-21 FT 804 FOUND PCA BALL, RESET BOX EICAS MESSAGE NO LONGER SHOWING.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
