APU FIRE LP I CREW DEFERRED PER MEL 26-15-1-1 PROBLEM IS POWER SWITCHING WITH RIGHT TRU.  REMOVED AND REPLACED RIGHT TRU REF AMM 24-32-01.  RIGHT DC POWER OPERATES NORMAL. ENGINE OH LOOP 1 CHECKS NORMAL REF B767 AMM 26-11-00.  AIRCRAFT REMAINS "NO ETOPS"RETURNED AC TO SERVICE.
