EICAS MSG TRAILING EDGE FLAPS DISAGREE DURING INITIAL TAXI  AC RETURNED TO GATE (BTB) AND MTX GROUNDED AC . MTX PERFORMED FLAP OPERATION MULTIPLE TIMES IN ELECTRIC AND THEN HYDRAULIC AND NO FAULTS NOTED IAW AMM 27-51-00. AND RETURNED AC TO SERVICE.
