AFTER TAKE-OFF, AT V1 (L) AFT ENTRY DOOR CAUTION MSG.  CREW DID AN AIR TURN BACK (ATB) TO CVG.  MAINTENANCE FOUND CODE 006 STORED IN PSEU.  REPLACED PSEU PER B767 AMM 32-09-04 OPS CK GOOD.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
