DURING CRUISE, CABIN ALT WARNING PRESSURIZATION MODE AUTO 1 AND RT ENGINE BLEED MSG.  CREW DONNED O2 MASK AND DECLARED AN EMERGENCY. (EDC).  AIR TURN BACK TO TPA. (ATB).  #2 ENG PRSOV REPLACED ON AMES NR 16641-0390. SEE AMES NR 16641-0389/16641-0390 FOR WORK COMPLETED.  REPLACED PRSOV IAW FIM 36-10 FAULT TREE 9154805, AMM 36-11-01.  A/C RETURNED TO SERVICE.
