ON TAKE OFF, PARKING BRAKE "CONFIG" W/PARKING BRAKE OFF. REJECTED @ 45KB (ATO). FOUND PARK BRAKE CABLE LAST 1/4" TRAVEL BINDING C/W B767 FIM 32-44 FT 805, CLEANED AND LUBRICATED CABLE.  NO ADJUSTMENT REQUIRED.  OPS CKS OK AT THIS TIME. A/C REMAINS NO ETOPS.  A/C RETURNED TO SERVICE.
