RUDDER RATIO EICAS MESSAGE ON TAXI OUT.   REMOVED AND REPLACED RUDDER RATIO CHANGER ACTUATOR IAW B767 AMM 27-21-15 LEAK CHECK GOOD, OPS CHECK GOOD.RAN BOTH ENGINES @ IDLE, NO RUDDER RATIO MSG PRESENT.  PERFORMED RUDDER RATIO OPS CHECK PER B767 AMM 27-21-00. NO FAULTS NOTED PERFORMED BITE CHECK ON BOTH RUDDER RATIO BOX AND NO FAULTS, LATCHED FAULT CLEARED AND DIDN'T SHOW AGAIN.   IAW FIM 27-21 FT 804 OPS CHECK GOOD   RETURNED  A/C TO SERVICE
