REPOSITIONED CARDS TO THEIR ORIGINAL POSITIONS. ITEM DEFERRED IAW MEL 26-11-2-1.  NO MX PROCEDURES APPLIED. PLACARD INSTALLED. A/C NO ETOPS. A/C RETURNED TO SERVICE.
