## Discrepancy

DURIING TAXI OUT, STARTING RH ENGINE RH ENGINE STARTER EICAS MESSAGE , NO N2 INCREASE ON START AC RETURNED TO GATE (BTB) AND MTX GROUNDED A/C AND DEFERRED RH ENGINE START VALVE IAW ABX MEL-80-00-2-1. AND RETURNED A/C TO SERVICE.AND MANUALLY STARTED ENGINE.  FIX REPLACED R ENG START VALVE. LEAK AND OPS CHECK GOOD. ACFT RELEASED ETOPS 180. THIS CLEARS DI 75544, PLACARDS REMOVED. NO MX PROCEDURES REQUIRED IAW AMM 80-11-02.
