LEFT ENG SPAR VALVE LIGHT ILLUMINATED AFTER FUEL ADDED, START NOT SUSTAINED. ACFT RETURNED TO THE GATE (BTB). MTC REMOVED LT ENG SHUTOFF VALVE ACTUATOR IAW AMM 28-22-11. INSTALLED NEW LT ENG FUEL SPAR ACTUATOR IAW AMM 28-22-11. ALL CHECKS IN LIMITS OPS TEST GOOD ACFT REMAINS NO ETOPS. ACFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
