DURING TAXI, #2 ENG WOULD NOT ROTATE. CREW RETURNED TO THE GATE (BTB). MTC REMOVED AND REPLACED RH ENG STARTER IAW AMM 80-11-01. LEAK CHK GOOD OPS CHECK GOOD. PERFORMED POWERPLANT TEST 3 GND IDLE LEAK NFF AT THIS TIME, AC RELEASED E180. A/C RETURNED TO SERVICE.
