NOSE LANDING GEAR DID NOT LOCK DOWN ON FIRST EXTENSION, SLOW TO LOCK DOWN ON SECOND.  CLEANED AND LUBED NOSE LANDING GEAR, EXTENDED AND RETRACTED GEAR IAW YS11 MM 32-30-0.  OPS CHECKED GOOD.
