## Discrepancy

DURING DEPARTURE, UPLATCH CHECK FAILED FOR RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR DOOR AFTER GEAR RETRACTION.  RECYCLED GEAR AND UNSAFE LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED.  REPLACED RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR DOOR UPLATCH SWITCH AND OPS CHECK WAS GOOD.
