DURING D-CHECK ACCEPTANCE INSPECTION, FOUND A SPLICE REPAIR AT LONGERON 17L WITH A GAP AT THE LEFT FUSELAGE FRAME AT FS 639.  REPAIRED FRAME IAW ABX REA D953-12780-MR.
