## Discrepancy

CAPTAINS SEAT WILL NOT STAY LOCKED IN RAIL, SEAT SLIDES BACK ON TAKEOFF.  REMOVED CARPET FROM BETWEEN CAPTAINS RAILS.  CARPET WAS STUCK IN RIGHT SEAT RAIL.  SEAT OPS CHECKED NORMAL.
