## Discrepancy

BRAKES FAILED WITH ANTI-SKID SYSTEM ARMED WITH AIRCRAFT BELOW 15 KIAS ON LANDING.  REPLACED ANTI-SKID CONTROL BOX IAW DC8 MM CHAPTER 32-43-6 AND OPS CHECK WAS GOOD.
