DURING C INSPECTION, FOUND THE SERVICE DOOR SECOND BEAM CRACKED, AT OUTBOARD END FORWARD OF UPPER DOOR HINGE ATTACH POINT.  REPLACED SERVICE DOOR ASSY IAW DC-9 MAINTENANCE MANUAL 52-41-0.
