THE LEFT WING INBOARD FIXED FLAP VANE HAD A AREA OF DELAMINATION BETWEEN MID RUBSTRIPS.  REPLACED ALL HONEYCOMB CORE, DOUBLERS AND SKINS IAW DC-9 SRM.
