DURING C-CHECK, FOUND THE EMERGENCY FUEL SHUTOFF CABLE INSIDE THE PULLEY JUST BELOW THE PRESSURE FAIRLEAD IN TOP OF LT WHEEL WELL HEAVILY RUSTED.  REPLACED CABLE RUN 140C IAW DC9 MM 76-20-0.
