DURING D-INSPECTION, FOUND THE FRAME CLIP AT FS 660 IN THE LEFT LOWER KEEL CRACKED AT CANTED KEEL.  REPLACED FRAME AT FS 660 IAW DC-9 SRM CHAPTER 51-30-2.
