## Discrepancy

DURING A-CHECK, OVERWING ESCAPE SLIDE FAILED TO OPEN WHILE PERFORMING OPS CHECK.  FOUND BROKEN SHAFT ON INTEGRATER.  REPLACED INTEGRATER.  OPS CHECKED GOOD.
