PART IS CHIPPED. BRUSHES CHIPPED AT TRAILING EDGE AND EVIDENCE OF OVERHEATING. SPRING CLIP RIVIT COMES LOOSE AND CLIP FALLS OFF UPON BRUSH REMOVAL. REPLACED BRUSHES.
