## Discrepancy

DURING SCHEDULED FILTER REPLACEMENT THE SPRING CLIP RETAINER WAS FOUND BROKEN AND FELL OUT OF THE HOUSING IN PIECES WHEN THE FILTER WAS REMOVED. FILTER HOUSING WAS REPLACED.
