## Discrepancy

FOUND FORWARD TAILBOOM BULKHEAD CRACKED DURING PHASE A, 300 HOUR INSPECTION. THE CRACK WAS LOCATED BETWEEN THE UPPER TWO RIVETS AT THE 12 O'CLOCK POSITION, TERMINATING AT EACH RIVET HOLE.   THE BULKHEAD WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED
