## Discrepancy

WHILE ATTEMPTING TO PERFORM 36 MONTH INFLATION INSPECTION, FLOATS DID NOT INFLATE WHEN CABLE WAS ACTUATED AT CYCLIC CONTROL INPUT. MANUAL INFLATION WAS ACHIEVED BY PULLING AT VALVE CONTROL HEAD WHEN CABLE ATTACHES.
