WHEN LANDING GEAR WAS RETRACTED AFTER TAKEOFF, LANDING GEAR UNLOCK LIGHT REMAINED ON.  FOUND TIE DOWN RING EXTENDED, REPOSITIONED TIEDOWN RING.
