## Discrepancy

THE LIFE RAFT ARRIVED AT OUR FACILITY FOR ANNUAL INSPECTION.  UPON INSPECTING AND WEIGHING THE CO2 CYLINDER, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE CYLINDER WAS EMPTY.
