## Discrepancy

PILOT IN COMMAND EXPERIENCED IN FLIGHT VIBRATION.  RETURNED THE AIRCRAFT TO DEPARTURE WITHOUT INCIDENT.  UPON INSPECTION ONE DEICE BOOT HAD PARTIALLY SEPARATED FROM THE PROP. VISUAL INSPECTION SHOWS WHAT APPEARS TO BE POOR BONDING AGENT INSTALLATION.
