DURING TAKEOFF RT MAIN GEAR RETRACT UNSAFE LIGHTS.  ADJUSTED UPLOCK PROXIMITY SWITCH ON RT MAIN GEAR, PERFORMED RETRACTION TEST.  NO DEFECTS NOTED.
