## Discrepancy

GEARBOX WAS DISASSEMBLED DUE TO ENGINE CHIP LIGHT.  IMPROPER MACHINING AND MESHING OF GEAR TEETH, CAUSING PINION GEAR TO GALL.  ALSO CAUSED EXCESSIVE METAL CONTAMINATION.  ASSURE PROPER MACHINING AND MECHING OF GEAR TEETH AT FACTORY.
