UPON TAKEOFF TO HOVER, XMSN CHIP LIGHT ILLUMINATED UPON TAKEOFF TO HOVER.  PILOT LANDED AC.  MAINTENANCE FOUND LIGHT FUZZ ON LOWER XMSN CHIP PLUG.  CLEANED CHIP PLUG, C/W 30 MIN GROUND RUN.  NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.  (K)
