ON FINAL APPROACH, NR 2 ENGINE OIL PRESSURE STARTED FLUCTUATING.  AC LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  MAINTENANCE REMOVED ENGINE AND INSTALLED SERVICEABLE ENGINE DUE TO HIGH OIL CONSUMPTION.  (K)
