LEFT ENGINE FAILED TO LIGHT OFF WITH RIGHT IGNITION SELECTED.  REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 1 ENGINE RIGHT IGNITOR PLUG IAW MM 74-21-02-4.  OK FOR SERVICE.  (M)
