FAILSAFE STRAP BETWEEN FS 901-886 AND STR`S 36-37 IS DISBONDED.  CUT OUT DISBONDED FAILSAFE STRAP AND CLEANED CORROSION IAW SRM.  REPAIRED DISBONDED FAILSAFE STRAP IW SRM.  ALL AFFECTED AREAS TREATED, PRIMED AND PAINTED IAW AMM AND SRM.  (K)
