FAILSAFE STRAP BETWEEN FS 923-943 AND STR`S 29-30 IS DISBONDED.  REMOVED DISBONDED FAILSAFE STRAP AND FOUND FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE FUSELAGE SKIN REF NR 4101 FOR SKIN REPAIRS AND EER.
