EICAS MSG L PACK OFF DISPLAYED.  PACK OFF LIGHT ILLUMINATED.  LIGHTS FAILED TO EXTINGUISH WHEN PACK RESET SW PUSHED.  PACK OPPERATES NORMAL.  REPLACED LT FLOW CONTROL VALVE, OPS CHECK GOOD.  (K)
