DURING CLIMB,  MAX PRESENTED DOOR RT AFT EMERGENCY EXIT ON ECAM.  THE SLIDE EXIT DOOR COVER WAS ADJUSTMENT AND RIGGING, TEST IS OK ON ECAM AND FAP IAW AMM 52-21-11-400-001A
