VENTILATION SKIN VLV FAULT & CABIN PRESS EXCESS, CABIN ALTITUDE VENTILATION  BLOWER FAULT & VENTILATION AVIONICS SYS FAULT.  IAW AMM 21-26-53 PB 401 THE OUTLET VENTILATION VLV 22HQ WAS REPLACED & TEST WAS ACCOMPLISHED SATISFACTORY.
