## Discrepancy

DURING TAKEOFF AND LANDING  NR 2 RT MLG DID NOT RETRACT.   A VISUAL INSPECTION IAW  05-21-00-200-001 OF RT MLG WAS DONE FOUND THE SAFETY DEVICE WAS REMOVED.
