## Discrepancy

DURING CLIMB, A RT PACK ANNUNCIATION ILLUMINATED,  THE CHECK LIST WAS PERFORMED AND RESET WAS SUCCESSFUL. THEN PACK MODE R MODE ANNUNCIATION APPEARED, AND FINALLY RT PACK COMPLETE MALFUNCTION OCCURED. THE AIR CYCLE MACHINE WAS REPLACED.
