DOOR NOT LATCHED LIGHT ILLUMINATED AFTER TAKEOFF PERFORMED ABNORMAL CKLIST LIGHT REMAIN ON.  REMOVED AND REPLACED RT MAIN LANDING GEAR DOOR UPLOCK SWITCH, OPERATIONAL CHECK LANDING GEAR DOOR INDICATION SYSTEM IAW 32-60-0 AND FOUND NORMAL.
