SEA - DURING LINE CHECK, EXTERNAL DOOR OVER TAILCONE RELEASE HANDLE WAS FOUND TO NOT CLOSE COMPLETELY.  LUBRICATED FLAPPER DOOR HINGE.  DOOR THEN CLOSED PROPERLY.  (M)
