PDX - DURING LINE CHECK, FOUND EMERGENCY TRACK LIGHTS INOPERATIVE AT ROWS 26-29.  REPAIRED DAMAGED WIRING BETWEEN LIGHT MODULE CONNECTORS.  LIGHTS THEN OPERATED PROPERLY.  (M)
