DURING PREFLIGHT, CHECK FOUND EMERGENCY TRACK LIGHT WHITE LENS BROKEN.  REPLACED LENS, A SUB-ASSEMBLY OF THE LIGHT MODULE.  LIGHTS WHEN OPERATED PROPERLY.
