SEA LINE CHECK, FOUND EMERGENCY FLOOR TRACK LIGHTS INOPERATIVE IN 1ST CLASS CABIN.  SPLICED IN NEW CONNECTOR WIRE AT ROW 1.  ALSO, REPLACED BATTERY PACK.  LIGHTS THEN OPERATED PROPERLY. (M)
